Q: How do I place an order?

A: Placing an order with HumBag.uk is both easy and secure.

You can choose to place an order online, simply browse through our shop and select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart or customise your handbag HumBag Classic https://humbag.uk/custom-handbag-classic or HumBag Mini https://humbag.uk/custom-handbag-mini

Firstly choose a body classic/mini, then an insert bag from many in our offer and bag handles at the end. You can also add some accessories if you would like to fully customise your bag. Every time you add something the price is constantly changing. 

To finish your design just click  'ADD TO CART' button, go to your Cart and click 'Checkout'.

If you have already signed up for a HumBag UK account you simply enter your payment details and complete the order.

If you are a new customer then you can choose to set up an account by setting a password once you have placed your first order or choose Guest Checkout. Once you have continued to the payment method screen.

Q: Can I still place an order without creating an account?

A: Yes, you can.  

We completely understand that not everyone wants to create accounts with websites or Paypal to place orders. By default, our website does not require you to have an account to checkout and complete your order with Guest Checkout.

We only hold enough information to be able to deliver your order.


Q: Can I return a faulty item?

A: Hopefully you should never receive a faulty item, but if you believe something isn't quite up to scratch then, of course you may return it.

Simply visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it. We will reply with instructions and address details for returning the product. This will ensure that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if a necessary refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock. You have 28 days from receiving the item to tell us about the fault, but the sooner the better.
